The Taunton Concert Band delighted audiences during their recent performance on the bandstand in Vivary Park. From the rousing opening of Washington Grays, the band showcased their musical finesse and control across a varied and nostalgic programme.
A highlight of the beautiful Saturday afternoon in the Park was a heartfelt tribute to WWII-era music, including The White Cliffs of Dover, We’ll Meet Again, and the ever-popular Dad’s Army theme. The crowd responded warmly throughout, making it an unforgettable afternoon of music, memories, and community spirit.
